When my husband and I lived in Portugal I had a co-worker who got us the best rasberries every week fresh from her neighbours garden! My husband is Greek so Kalamata olives are my obsession.
You mentioned a super seed pregnancy pancake recipe—would love to be directed to the recipe please!
Puffed rice is used in India to make a snack called “bhel puri”. It is basically a salad, put tomatoes, cucumber, onion, cilantro, lemon, salt, pepper and crunchy puffed rice. Enjoy as a salad
I really felt it when she said, “and when you’re hungry and pregnant… it’s not a good combo” ??
Nuts and seeds were the only thing that kept away my restless leg syndrome too. Every morning, I ate oats with walnuts, flax and hemp hearts. I swear if I skipped this combo at any time, I would wake up in the middle of that night with pains. I read in one of my mom groups that cucumbers with no skin, and blueberries really help keep the swelling down. I wish I had have read that while I was pregnant rather than after.
You are just so adorable and I have really enjoyed watching your videos, trying your recipes and learning new foods to try! You are just a beautiful person and spirit. Be blessed ?
You’re so adorable I’m so glad I found your channel. I love your healthy snack options! I’ve been looking for a healthy pregnancy influencer. So glad I found you
Thank you for the recipe of the pancakes! They are a bit with my girls, I added vanilla or gain protein powder& superfood too it, and they LOVE IT! ?
I’m trying to learn to sneak in veggies and fruits so this was an amazing recipe to add this protein powder too! ?
WHAAAAT i didnt even know sunflower seeds had that much magnesium!!! I LOVE adding seeds to my salads and using sunflower seed butter on my toast!
OMG no you can’t be here too???.
My top 10 foods I eat every week are apples, pumpkin seeds, avocados, cucumber, strawberries, red bell pepper, sweet potatoes, cherry tomatoes & unsweetened hazelnut milk. Love you and your white blouse and where did you get it from? #healthnutfam ??
@Rose Marie I used alpro brand unsweetened hazelnut milk.
Where do you buy your hazelnut milk?
seeds make everything so crunchy, love them in salads and on toast!
So awesome ! Loving the new ideas ?
So happy to hear that??
Currently almost 20 weeks with my first and this was so helpful!! Also, I NEED those overalls! Where is it from???
I started cooking whole sweet potatoes in my CrockPot ; I cook a couple of them on low for 6-7 hours. They turn out so nice and fluffy.
So happy to see that you are staying safe and healthy and hope everything is going well for you during your pregnancy and hope your unborn baby is healthy and growing and my thoughts and prayers are with you for a safe and healthy pregnancy and God bless you all and stay safe and healthy. Love ?, guys so much ❤
I’ve been wondering if you plan to breastfeed and when you mentioned that oats help with milk production you answered my question. I’d love to see a video of healthy lactation recipes! I swear I gained 10 lbs from all the cookies I ate the first time around.
Hi Nicole, hope you are well and your little bubba. Yes drink, eat, pee repeat ? sunflower seeds are my fav love them and apples strawberries. Thank you Nicole for always sharing wonderful content. Look forward to coming back to see more wonderful uploads. Take care and see you around soon.
Best wishes, mama!
I made my first dish from my healthnut cookbook last night/ it was a huge hit with the whole family- including the 3 and 4 year old ?
Edit: making the quinoa chicken tenders tonight ??
Awe this comment just made my day! I’m so happy to hear the recipes have been a hit with the entire family?
this was so inspiring. I’m just out of the first trimester with really really bad nausea and I was eating like trash! Now I finally crave some healthy nourishing food again. I couldn’t cook for 3 months straight, so sad but now all I want is veggies, whole grains, seeds, nuts, fresh fruit and I’m soo happy and this video gave me so much more ideas thank you
I was the same way when I was pregnant. I could stomach McDonald’s but that was almost it until I hit my 2nd trimester and my nausea went away. Now I’m eating much much healthier.
My top 10 is Free range (cage free) eggs, mushrooms, avocado, pre packaged salads, onion, low carb breads, frozen mixed berries, salmon, pickles, gummies!!
