WHAT PREGNANCY IS REALLY LIKE (WEEKS 4-42):
WHAT WEEK 4 OF PREGNANCY IS REALLY LIKE:
Being pregnant means a variety of lifestyle changes, and the switch to healthy eating is one of them. There are foods to avoid with having a baby, but there are also many great additions you should consider in your new nutrition plan. Avoid PCB pollutants and mercury in fish, such as King Mackrel and swordfish, along with any raw fish or sushi. Wild salmon and mahi mahi, however, are safe for pregnancy! Also avoid any soft cheeses or those with blue veins, lunch meats, rare meats, and unheated leftovers. There are many things that make up a good diet during pregnancy. These include the vitamins folate in leafy vegetables, iron from well-cooked beef, vitamin B6 in potatoes or bananas, and zinc, which can be found in chicken, beans, pumpkin seeds, and mushrooms. A healthy pregnancy also requires an increase in calcium, choline, DHA, and prenatal vitamins.
What you eat is an important part of pregnancy since you're eating for two! Learn what to eat, and find out how a healthy diet can help ensure a healthy baby and less postpartum weight to lose later.

Thanks for sharing this very informative video, it will help a lot of pregnant women who are researching on their diet. But always remember to follow your doctor’s advice first before trying out something new!
my doctor says it perfectly fine to drink up to 2 8 ounce cups of regular coffee a day. as long as you dont drink esoressio its fine. i think some of this crap is crazy i eat what i have always eaten cooked to the right temp and no sushi. people are way to scared! pregnancy should be an a great experience …not a scary do not do list!
since babies get nutrition from their moms, moms should ensure they eat nutritious food the entire pregnancy
Only if youre not sufering from morning sickness all day until i sleep. Even water make me puke. Its not as easy but of course im trying my best to give my unvorn baby all the nutrients she needs.

what the woman eats during the course of pregnancy is very vital not only to the mother’s health but also for the development of the baby especially during the first trimester

Nah, most nigiri sushi (which compromises most of the most popular sushi like California Rolls) has been cooked all the way before serving.

an odd drink should be ok… avoid it when you can but its no disaster if you had one or two
thank u so much. i was looking for this exact info
if you are using grass fed beef and pastured eggs from a reliable source then I wouldn’t go along with his advice to cook really well destroying the nutrients.
Right way for new mothers dream.

I dont know why some people won’t listen doctor says just bcoz that meals or drink is their favorite or can’t leave without.oh come on – once u preganant ur body changed and also the way u eating.Better stay safe and don’t harm the baby.I love Sushi like hell but since i pregnant i try to leave it and i know uncook meals/row seafoods is really not good and unhealthy for pregnant women.
