      water consumption is not fixed , you can drink whenever you feel thirsty . also it differs from women to women , some feel bloated all the time , and hence drink less when more water is needed . hence just follow a basic guideline of 2.5 to 3 liters water every day . this will change in summer.

    My weight is 80 kgs The doctor says that I should reduce 20 kgs in 3 months
