    Is it safe to eat raw sprouts during pregnancy ?
    I read somewhere else that pregnant women should not consume raw sprouts as they can develop bacteria . If you are craving for sprouts, you should cook them properly and eat

    Congratulations and would like to add up a small point , I heard it’s not good to have raw sprouts please make sure they are okay to have or not for your safety

    According to the Food and Drug Administration, it’s not safe for pregnant women to eat raw sprouts. This includes all kinds of sprouts, including alfalfa, clover, radish, and mung bean sprouts. Here’s why: Bacteria – including Salmonella, Listeria, and E. coli – can get into sprout seeds through cracks in the shell
