    Few days back I ate lots of tamarind and in that same day at night I had really bad stomach ache next I found out in ultrasound that I was having internal bleeding but thank god my baby is safe.

    Pls guys don’t trust this channel. Pls don’t post this kind of informations if you are not aware of the things.
    Particularly pregnant posts. Pregnant women’s can eat all healthy foods, but There is some procedure like in early pregnancy few foods need to take very less amount. That’s it.

      @Gayathri M some people are sensitive to papaya, can cause doesn’t mean everyone, and other factors. I’m allergic to papaya. So it could also mean be considerate that the fetus might have food allergies, go figure

      @Siti Farahani I’ll tell you the ones which are true.
      1. Anthraquinone in aloe vera should not be ingested during pregnancy that’s true
      2. Excessive caffeine is indeed not advised during pregnancy
      3. Raw papaya can inhibit the release of progesterone and is often used as an agent for abortion (but the reasoning given in the video is totally effed up so I guess that’s a half truth)

      The rest is total BS and possibly harmful misinformation. For example vitamin C does not reduce progesterone and is in fact prescribed by most pregnancy books.
